Think about meaningful locations: where you shared your first date, the proposal location, or where you met. A location with meaning behind it will allow us to tell your story and capture the feelings shared in that place. If these locations don't exactly look elevated, I have plenty of shoot locations in my pocket. Once I know the feeling you desire for your wedding day, I'm happy to suggest locations that will visually speak to that.

I recommend picking an outfit that will really speak to the tone of your wedding day, especially if these images will go out on Save the Dates! Think about the color palette of your wedding details and home decor (these will likely end up on your walls!) Most importantly, choose a look that makes you feel like you.

Don’t feel like you have to be someone you’re not. My whole goal is to capture who you are as a couple and your personalities. I know it’s hard to be in front of the camera, but trust me and you’ll loosen up quickly. You’ll laugh, you’ll look at each other more than you ever have, and you’ll get to spend time with your person! So come as you are and I promise you won’t regret it!

Secondly, I highly suggest making it a date night! Why not pick a restaurant and go out to eat after? It’s a great way to make that session even more of a memory!
